BEOPAR MANDAL HAILS RELIEF TO KARYANA DEALERS BY CHANDIGARH ADMINISTRATION UNDER ESSENTIAL COMMODITY ACT 1955

 STOCK LIMIT FOR PULSES to be  RAISED FROM 4 QTL TO 50 QT and  delicensing   FOR KARYANA DEALERS UNDER ESSENTIAL COMMODITY ACT

ANIL VOHRA the newly elected president along with senior functionaries of CHANDIGARH BEOPAR MANDAl held a meeting hailing the decision of Chandigarh Administration to de-license the retail and wholesale Karyana dealers on guidelines  of Central Govt and likely increase in the stock limit of commodities like pulses,edible oils,Edible seeds ,onions etc by the Karyana Retailers of Chandigarh which  now is mere 4 qtls providing  great relief to thousands of small Karyana dealers of City

 Charan Jiv Singh Chairman CBM while welcoming the decision said that this was a long pending demand of traders which CBM was pursuing for last more than  10  years since the limit in adjoining states was much higher and in Chandigarh  license was required to be renewed every year

Diwakar Sahoonja, Former President and now Patron CBM  also termed the decision as yet another positive step in the  direction of ending the inspector Raj in the City by the Govt and leadership of ruling party

B.K Sood , Ram Karan Gupa and Raj Kumar Bansal Advisors of CBM and senior functionaries of Grain Market  thanked the Administration and the Ruling Party for the new notification on the implementation of directions of Central Govt which shall be beneficial not only to all the Karyana Dealers and suppliers but also to  general public since this shall bring end to the food scarcity and rise in prices of essential commodities
