I consider it a great privilege to have been 
associated with Chandigarh Beopar Mandal virtually since its inception and have had the privilege of serving in various capacities as Finance Secy., Gen. Secy., and currently as its President.
I feel proud to mention that planted as a sapling in the year 1992, Chandigarh Beopar Mandal has grown into a large tree with deep roots and branches spread all over the city beautiful.
Groomed and nurtured by many a stalwart of the trading and business community in their various capacities, The Beopar Mandal today has come of age and in a position to celebrate its Silver Jubilee, bringing out its Souvenir and a Directory which contains all the essential data about UT Administration, Municipal Corporation, Media, Hotels, Restaurants and Banquet Halls, and other daily required useful information’s and also the complete bio data of the Members of Chandigarh Beopar Mandal.
Over the years C.B.M has successfully addressed the various issues and problems confronted by the Chandigarh Business and trading Community. In this, we have enlisted the co operation and support of the concerned higher Authorities like F.S., H.S, Advisor and even the Administrator himself from time to time in sorting out the various issues and problems faced by the traders of the City Beautiful.
I appreciate the efforts as well as encouragement by each and every members of CBM. A special word of praise who have given special inputs for the issues concerning with the Welfare of the Traders of City Beautiful especially S.Charanjiv Singh, Chairman & Founder Member and other Senior Office Bearers of CBM.
In the Last I, on behalf Chandigarh Beopar Mandal, I take great pleasure in expressing my grateful thanks to all the members of C.B.M and my team of young and dynamic brigade, who have given me unstinted, selfless and willing support in furthering the cause of Beopar Mandal, which has always been uppermost in my thoughts.
